Friendship bridge Giurgiu Russe, Romania Bulgaria border.
The Watch Tower, 22 m high, built by Ottomans, in 17 century, as military watch tower. The town of Giurgiu was used as stronghold against Wallachians for almost five centuries by Turks. Now is the place where stands a bridge between Romania and Bulgaria, 65 km South of Bucharest, on Danube river.
