SHORT ON THE CASE: THE HORSES OF PIATRA NEAMT TOWN ARE STARVING. THEY BELONG TO THE EQUINE BASE , AND THE BASE BELONGS TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, WHICH OBVIOUSLY HAVE NOT ENOUGH FUNDING TO SUSTAIN THE WELFARE OF THE HORSES. THIS POST IS INTENDED TO RAISE SOME FUNDS FOR THEM.
THE HORSE"S PICTURES WERE TAKEN LAST YEAR , SHOWING THE EQUINE BASE. THE STARVING HORSES ARE NOT IN THE IMAGES!

Trist ce se intampla. E de apreciat ce incerci sa faci aici. Postarea ta m-a intristat... Sper sa se gaseasca cineva sa-i ajute, nu au nici o vina saracii cai.
